This very place was once home to archaeologist Kyriakos Pittakis – an initiate of the Filiki Eteria and a man deeply passionate about all things ancient.
In 1822, his excavations brought to light the – until then hidden – Clepsydra of the Acropolis, a remarkable archaeological discovery.

Born in Crete with an innate love for the sea, Nikos Apostolakis is the Head Chef of LIYSTOR. From the beginning of his career, he worked alongside esteemed chefs who guided him early on to follow his culinary path.
